Gmail (Company Email)

The Gmail company integration lets you connect a shared Gmail address for your organisation. Once connected, team members can send emails from Journeybee using the company Gmail address as the sender.

Where to find it: Go to Settings, then Integrations. Find Gmail under the Email section.

Connecting Gmail

Go to Settings, then Integrations, and click the Gmail card.
Click Connect to start the OAuth2 flow.
You will be redirected to Google to authorize the connection.
Once authorized, the company Gmail address is available as a sender option.

Using the company sender

After connecting, when composing an email in Journeybee, you can select the company Gmail address from the From dropdown. This lets team members send emails on behalf of the company without needing their own Gmail connection.

Good to know

Gmail uses OAuth2 for authentication. No app passwords or API keys needed.
The company Gmail connection is separate from individual user Gmail connections.
If the Google refresh token expires, the connection needs to be reauthorized.
