Creating a Campaign

Creating a Campaign

Campaigns in Journeybee let you run marketing activities with your partners. You can target specific partners, send marketing emails, share templates, and capture leads through forms.

Where to find it: Click Campaigns in the main navigation. Requires the Marketing module to be enabled.

Creating a campaign

  1. Go to the Campaigns page and click New Campaign.

  2. Enter a campaign title.

  3. The campaign workspace opens with the Details module enabled by default.

Campaign modules

Each campaign is built from modules. You can add or remove modules from the Settings tab. Available modules include:

  • Details: Campaign name, type, description, dates, and lead sharing settings.

  • Schedule: Date, time, location, and sessions for events.

  • Recipients: Target partners by tier, category, stage, or specific partners. Shows a count of matching partners.

  • Partners: Add specific partners and control whether they can share leads.

  • Email: Select a marketing email template and schedule a send. Requires the Recipients module.

  • Templates: Share email templates with partners. Partners can use these templates in their own marketing.

  • Forms: Link a lead capture form to the campaign.

  • Leads: View, add, and import leads associated with the campaign.

  • Settings: Add or remove modules, mark the campaign as completed, or archive and delete.

Campaign status

Each campaign has a status:

  • Draft: The campaign is not yet live. Partners cannot see it.

  • Live: The campaign is active and visible to partners.

  • Completed: The campaign has ended. Set this from the Settings tab.

Toggle between Draft and Live using the status toggle at the top of the campaign workspace.

Sending marketing emails

If the Email module is enabled and a template is selected, you can schedule a marketing email to be sent to all matching recipients. The email is personalised with partner variables (such as partner name, tier, and category). See the Marketing Email Templates article for details.
