Forms

What are Forms?

Forms are versatile tools in Journeybee that serve two main purposes:

  1. Lead Capture Forms: Embeddable tools that your partners can use on their websites, emails, or marketing materials to automatically feed leads into your system

  2. Partner Application Forms: Allow potential partners to apply to join your programme directly through customisable application forms

Both form types automatically integrate with your Journeybee system and provide proper attribution and tracking.

What's on the Forms Page

The Forms settings page is organised into two main sections:

Specialised forms for recruiting new partners to your programme:

  • Portal Integration: Forms can appear on your partner portal login page (with custom domain)
