Resources

What are Resources?

Resources are used to share documentation, articles, and support information with your partners and/or internally for your team. The modern resource system provides a comprehensive content management platform with advanced editing capabilities, folder organisation, and flexible access controls.

What's on the Resources Page

The Resources page provides three main views:

Resource Types

  • Partner Resources: Content shared with external partners through the partner portal

  • Internal Resources: Private documentation for your internal team

  • Public Resources: Content accessible without authentication (if enabled)

Folder Organisation

Resources can now be organised into folders for better structure:

  • Root Level: Resources and folders at the main level

  • Nested Folders: Create folders within folders for complex organisation

  • Folder Navigation: Breadcrumb navigation to move between folder levels

  • Folder Management: Edit folder names, add cover images, and delete empty folders
