Partner Certification Guide
Partner Certification Guide
This guide explains how partners can complete certifications and earn credentials through the partner portal.
Finding certifications
Partners can find certifications in the Certifications room of their portal (if enabled by the vendor). The certifications page shows all certifications available to the partner, filtered by their access permissions.
Partners can filter certifications by:
All: All available certifications.
Available: Certifications the partner has not started yet.
In Progress: Certifications the partner has started but not completed.
Completed: Certifications the partner has passed.
Starting a certification
Browse the certifications list and find one you want to complete.
Click Start Certification to enrol.
The certification opens, showing the introduction content.
Completing the curriculum
Most certifications have a curriculum of resources to review. Work through each resource in order:
Read documents, watch videos, or review other content.
Your progress is tracked automatically.
If the certification requires curriculum completion before the assessment, you must finish all resources before taking the quiz.
Taking the final assessment
After completing the curriculum (if required), you can take the final assessment:
Click the assessment section to start.
Answer each multiple-choice question.
Submit your answers when you are done.
You will see your score immediately. If you pass (meeting the passing score set by the vendor), the certification is marked as Completed. If you do not pass, you can retake the assessment (if attempts are unlimited or you have not reached the maximum).
Prerequisites
Some certifications have prerequisites, meaning you must complete another certification first. If a certification has a prerequisite you have not completed, you will need to complete it before starting.
Tracking progress
Your certification progress is shown on the certifications page and on the Overview room. Completed certifications appear as badges.
The vendor can also see your progress, scores, and completion dates from their dashboard and analytics.
Good to know
Progress is saved automatically, so you can leave and come back to a certification at any time.
If the vendor has set a maximum number of attempts, you will see how many attempts you have left.
Some certifications may not have a final assessment (if the vendor made it optional).
Certifications are only visible if the vendor has enabled the Certifications room and you have access based on your partner type, tier, category, and stage.
