The Email History page shows you every email sent from your Journeybee account. You can see what was sent, who it went to, and whether it was delivered.
Where to find it: Settings, then Emails (under Communications). Admin or Partnerships team members can open this page. You need a paid Journeybee plan.
What you'll see
The page lists your emails in a table. Each row shows:
Subject: What the email was about.
Recipients: Who received it.
Status: How many were sent and how many failed.
Provider: How it was sent (Gmail, Outlook, or Journeybee).
Date: How long ago it was sent.
The newest emails appear at the top. Emails are shown 20 at a time. Use the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom to see more.
If no emails have been sent yet, you will see: “No emails sent yet”.
Email providers
The Provider badge shows how each email was sent:
Gmail (blue): Sent from a connected Gmail inbox.
Outlook (cyan): Sent from a connected Outlook inbox.
Journeybee (purple): Sent through Journeybee's own email service, used when Gmail or Outlook is not connected.

From: Who sent it.
Recipients: A list of everyone it was sent to, with the delivery status for each person (sent, failed, bounced, opened, or pending).
Content: A preview of the email. You can switch between Desktop, Mobile, and Text views to see how it looks.
Error messages: If any emails failed, the error is shown here.
Click the X or outside the sidebar to close it.
Common email types
You will see these kinds of emails in your history:
Partner emails: New lead notifications, partnership invitations, and lead assignments sent to partners.
Team emails: User invitations, daily summaries, and password reset emails.
System emails: Email confirmations and important account updates.
Troubleshooting
Lots of failed emails
Check the email addresses are correct.
Make sure your Gmail or Outlook integration is still connected (see Settings, then Integrations).
Click a failed email to see the error details.
Expected emails are missing
Use the Previous and Next buttons to check other pages.
Check that the action that should trigger the email actually happened.
Check your Gmail or Outlook integration is working.
Emails are using Journeybee instead of Gmail or Outlook
This happens when your Gmail or Outlook integration is not connected, has reached its daily sending limit, or has a permission issue. Reconnect your email integration in Settings, then Integrations.
