Email

View and track all emails sent from your Journeybee account. The Email History page shows you exactly what emails have been sent, who they went to, and whether they were successfully delivered.

What You'll See

The Email History page shows all emails sent by your company in a simple list. Each email shows:

  • Subject - What the email was about

  • From - Who sent it (your Gmail address or "Journeybee")

  • Recipients - How many people received it and who they were

  • Status - Whether emails were sent successfully or failed

  • When - How long ago it was sent

  • Provider - Whether it was sent via Gmail or Journeybee

How to Access Email History

  1. Go to Settings in your Journeybee dashboard

  2. Click Emails in the left menu

  3. You'll see your complete email history

Note: Only Admin and Partnership Manager roles can view email history.

Understanding Email Status

Sent (Green Badge)

  • Email was successfully delivered

  • Recipients should have received the email

Failed (Red Badge)

  • Email couldn't be delivered

  • Usually means the email address was invalid or there was a server problem

Gmail vs Journeybee Emails

Gmail (Blue Badge)

  • Email was sent from your connected Gmail account

  • Uses your professional email address

  • Better for building trust with recipients

Journeybee (Purple Badge)

  • Email was sent through Journeybee's email service

  • Used when Gmail isn't available or connected

  • Ensures emails still get delivered

Viewing Email Details

Click on any email in the list to see more information in a sidebar on the right. This shows you:

  • The full email content

  • Complete list of who it was sent to

  • Individual delivery status for each recipient

  • Any error messages if delivery failed

To close the details, click the X button or click outside the sidebar.

  • Pagination: Emails are shown 20 at a time

  • Navigation: Use Previous/Next buttons at the bottom to see more

  • Order: Newest emails appear at the top

Common Email Types

You'll see these types of emails in your history:

Partner Emails

  • New lead notifications sent to partners

  • Partnership invitations

  • Lead assignments

Team Emails

  • User invitations for new team members

  • Daily digest summaries

  • Password reset emails

System Emails

  • Email confirmations

  • Important account updates

Troubleshooting

Many Failed Emails?

  • Check if the email addresses are correct

  • Make sure your Gmail integration is still connected

  • Look at the error details by clicking on failed emails

Expected Emails Missing?

  • Use the Previous/Next buttons to check other pages

  • Verify the action that should have triggered the email actually happened

  • Check if your Gmail integration is working properly

Emails Using Journeybee Instead of Gmail?

This happens when:

  • Your Gmail integration isn't connected

  • Gmail has reached its daily sending limits

  • There's an issue with your Google account permissions

Getting Help

If you're having trouble with email delivery:

  1. Click on the failed email to see the error details

  2. Check your Gmail integration in Settings > Integrations

  3. Contact support with the specific error message and email details
