Assets Library
Assets Library
The Assets Library is a central place to store and manage files that you can reuse across multiple resources. Instead of uploading the same file to each resource, you upload it once to the Assets Library and link it wherever you need it.
Where to find it: Go to Resources, then click the Assets tab at the top.
Uploading assets
Click Upload Assets.
Drag and drop files or browse to select them.
The files are added to your Assets Library and can be linked to resources.
Managing assets
The Assets tab shows all your files in a table with the following columns:
Name: The file name.
Type: The file type (image, video, document, etc.).
Size: The file size.
Usage: How many resources are using this asset.
Created: When the asset was uploaded.
Asset details
Click any asset to open the detail sidebar, where you can:
View file information (filename, type, size, dimensions, upload date).
Add or edit a description.
See which resources are linked to this asset.
Replace File: Upload a new version of the file. The update automatically applies to all linked resources.
Delete Asset: Remove the file. You cannot delete an asset that is currently in use by a resource.
Bulk actions
You can select multiple assets and delete them in bulk. Assets that are in use by resources cannot be deleted.
Good to know
When you replace a file in the Assets Library, the new version automatically appears in all resources that use it.
You cannot delete an asset that is linked to a resource. Remove the link first, then delete the asset.
The Assets Library is separate from the Shared Files room in the partner portal. Assets are building blocks for resources, while Shared Files is for direct file exchange with partners.
