AI Settings
AI Settings
The AI page holds your AI assistant settings and your AI credit balance — whether the assistant needs approval before it acts, and how much AI your team can use.
Where to find it: Settings, then AI (under Workspace). Only admins can open this page, and it only appears while the AI feature is on for your company. You need a paid Journeybee plan.
AI Assistant
You can choose whether the AI assistant needs approval before it makes changes. Turn on Require approval for write actions if you want a person to check what the AI does before it saves any changes.
Some sensitive actions, such as deleting a record, always ask for approval whether or not this setting is on. See Buzz for how the assistant itself works.
AI Credits
This section shows how many AI credits your team has used this month and how many are left. Your monthly allowance rolls over if you do not use it all.
A credit covers a set amount of AI usage rather than a fixed number of questions. If the value of a credit is adjusted, the figures here are recalculated automatically — your monthly allowance is not affected.
Credits available: A bar showing your balance, this month's allowance, rolled-over credits, and credits used.
Daily credit limit: Turn this on and set a number to pause new AI chats for the day once your team hits that many credits. It resets the next day.
Usage by team member: A list of how many credits each person has used this month.
Good to know
Only admins can open this page or change these settings.
The AI page only exists while the AI feature is on — if it is switched off, the AI menu entry takes you to Platform Modules instead.
The module switches that turn features on or off live on Platform Modules.
