Partner Portal
Partner Portal
The Partner Portal is a dedicated workspace where your partners can manage their partnership activities, track performance, access resources, and communicate with your team. Each partner gets a personalised view based on their partner type, tier, and stage.
How partners log in
Partners receive an invitation email when you create their partnership. They can log in using:
Google account
Microsoft account
Magic Link (a passwordless login link sent by email)
If you have a custom domain set up, partners log in through your branded portal address (for example, partners.yourcompany.com).
What partners see
When a partner logs in, they see a portal with rooms organised in a sidebar menu. Each room is a dedicated workspace for a specific task. Partners only see the rooms you have made available to them.
Available room types

Not all rooms are available by default. Some require modules to be enabled on your account. You can add or remove rooms at any time from the Portals page.
Personalised experience
Not all partners see the same rooms. What a partner sees depends on:
Partner type: Referral, Reseller, or Distributor partners see different rooms.
Tier: You can restrict rooms to specific tiers (such as Gold or Silver).
Partnership stage: You can show different rooms based on where the partner is in their journey (such as Getting Started or Active Partnership).
Contact tags: You can show specific rooms only to contacts with certain tags.
See the Portal Access Management article for full details on controlling who sees what.
Portal settings (for partners)
Partners have their own settings page in the portal where they can:
Update their profile and company information
Manage their team members
Set up branding (if allowed)
Connect integrations
Set up a payments account
Mobile access
The partner portal works on any device, including phones and tablets. The layout adjusts automatically for smaller screens.
Notifications
Partners receive email notifications for important updates, such as lead status changes, new deal activity, and messages from your team.
Embedding the portal
If you want to embed the partner portal inside your own website or app, Journeybee provides an embed SDK. This lets partners access the portal through an iframe without navigating to a separate URL. The embed SDK supports single sign-on (SSO) so partners do not need to log in again. Contact Journeybee support to set up embedding.
