Use Journeybee's inbuilt project management system to better align and stay on top of your partnerships internal projects and shared collaborations.

Creating a Project

1. Go to the Projects page in Journeybee

2. Click on the button "Create Project"

3. A new untitled project will be created and place in the first project management column

   

4. From there its up to you to choose what the project should look like by:

   1. Assigning it to the relevant users in your team.

   2. Choosing which partners the project is related to

   3. Adding tags to the project for better organisation

   4. Entering what the project is about in the "Description" tab

   5. Adding comments relevant to the collaboration for all associated users to see.

   6. Assigning "Tasks" to users to better track progress on the project

   7. Attach any information relevant to the project.

Managing Projects

As a project/collaboration is progressing, you can update the stage via dragging and dropping the project in the pipedrive or changing the stage via the "Stage" dropdown when opening the project.

You can also create new "Boards" within the project management page to better organise what projects are associated with certain activities. We always recommend having the following boards:

• Onboarding - To track which partners are currently going through onboarding and the tasks required from all parties involved.

• Partner Management - For internal processes of managing your partners.

• Marketing - To collaborate with your partners in a secure and shared space on join marketing initiatives.

Sharing Projects

To invite a partner to join a project so it's available in their partner portal, choose the partner/s you want to invite in the "Partners" dropdown on the project. Then select the users via "Partner Users" who you want invited to the project.
As soon as a user is chosen, they will receive a notification letting them know they've been invited to collaborate on the project and that it is accessible to them via the partner portal.
