Pipedrive
Our Pipedrive integration will allow you to sync leads, people, organizations and deals between Pipedrive and Journeybee.
How It Works
Two-Way Data Sync
JourneyBee leads, deals, partners and partner contacts can sync to your chosen Pipedrive leads, organizations, people and deals on any stage and field changes in both platforms.

Connect
Log into your JourneyBee account then go to Settings → Integrations
Select Pipedrive and click Connect. This will take you to a new window where you will be asked to login to your Pipedrive account (if you aren't already) and install the JourneyBee Integration.
IMPORTANT: The user installing the connector must have administrator privileges.
Once you've accepted all the requirements, click Install and your integration will create all the required custom fields and filters automatically on your Pipedrive organisation.
Note: If the JourneyBee custom filters or custom fields are deleted in your Pipedrive account by any users, re-install the integration starting from step 1.
After the installation is complete, you will be re-directed to the JourneyBee integration where you can then configure your integration.
Configuration
After connecting the integration you will be able to choose how your JourneyBee and Pipedrive workspaces communicate with each other.
Multiple tabs will be shown on the Pipedrive integration configuration page in JourneyBee. See below for further details.
Settings
Set up unique fields to disable the creation of an entity if an existing lead, person, account or deal has been identified in Pipedrive.
Partners
Choose which Pipedrive Organizations you would like to map against your JourneyBee partners.
Organizations can be synced with field changes.
Leads
Choose which Pipedrive objects you would like to map against your JourneyBee leads.
People and Pipedrive Leads can be synced with stage and field changes.
Deals
Select how your JourneyBee Deals/Leads and Pipedrive Deals sync with each other via their stage changes and field updates.
All commission changes are calculated in JourneyBee based on your commission settings and the deal amount.
Importing Partners
You can bulk import Pipedrive Organizations as partners in JourneyBee, along with their associated contacts.
How to Import Partners
Go to Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive
Navigate to the Partners tab
Configure how to identify partners:
By Label: Select a Pipedrive organization label (e.g., "Partner", "Reseller")
By Custom Field: Choose a custom field that identifies partner organizations
Click Load Partners to see available organizations
Select the partners you want to import
Click Import Selected
What Gets Imported
For each Pipedrive organization:
A new partner is created in JourneyBee
Associated contacts (persons linked to the organization) are imported as partner contacts
The organization is linked for future syncing
Tips
Only organizations with at least one contact that has a valid email address will appear
Contacts without email addresses are skipped
After import, changes sync automatically between Pipedrive and JourneyBee
Importing Deals
You can bulk import Pipedrive Deals for partners that have already been imported into JourneyBee.
Prerequisites
Before importing deals, you must configure Organization Association in your Pipedrive integration settings:
Go to Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive
Navigate to the Deals tab
Under Pipedrive Deal Partner Association, select Organization Association
Choose which organization field links deals to partners
Save your settings
How to Import Deals
Go to Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive
Navigate to the Deals tab
Scroll to the Import Deals section
You'll see a list of partners with unimported deals
Click Import next to a partner to import their deals
What Gets Imported
For each Pipedrive deal:
A new lead is created in JourneyBee
A deal is created and linked to the partner
The Pipedrive deal is updated with a JourneyBee reference for future syncing
Import Troubleshooting
No partners showing for import?
Check that you've selected a valid label or custom field filter
Ensure organizations have contacts with valid email addresses
No deals showing for import?
Import partners first — deals can only be imported for existing partners
Verify that Organization Association is configured in the Deals settings
Ensure deals in Pipedrive are linked to an organization
Import taking a long time?
Imports run with short delays between items to avoid rate limits
Large imports may take a few minutes to complete
Pipedrive Widget
Create leads and deals in JourneyBee directly from Pipedrive:
Go to a Person, Organization or Deal in Pipedrive
Click the top right options dropdown on the object and select JourneyBee
A popup will appear where you can select the partner to associate the lead or deal with and click Create
Once you have associated a Person, Organization or Deal in Pipedrive with a Journeybee partner, you will then be able to see the partners details and communicate with the partner directly from the widget.
Extra Features
Assign Pipedrive Owners
On a lead or deal within JourneyBee, you can assign the owner of a Pipedrive Contact/Company/Deal by going to the CRM tab in a JourneyBee lead and/or deal.
Notes
Notes created on a Journeybee lead and/or deal are also created on their linked Pipedrive objects.
Two-Way Data Sync - Pipedrive Requirements
Creating a Pipedrive Deal requires you to have mapped the JourneyBee deal stages correctly under your integration configuration in JourneyBee.
Associations between objects in Pipedrive are automatically created when mapped against JourneyBee leads:
