Certification and Training Analytics
The Certifications view shows how partners progress through your training and certification programs. It covers completions, pass rates, scores, learner activity, certification difficulty, and stalled learners.
The tab appears only when the LMS module is enabled. Contact Journeybee support if you need this module enabled.
Go to Dashboard and select Certifications.
Certifications is the only dashboard view that supports Distributor partnerships.
KPIs
Completions: Certification completions in the selected period.
Pass Rate: Percentage of completed certifications that were passed.
Avg Score: Average score across completed certifications in the selected period.
Active Learners: Partner users currently enrolled or in progress. This is a current-state metric and is not limited to the selected period.
Certified Users: Partner users who currently hold at least one completed certification. This is a current-state metric.
Avg Time to Complete: Average time from enrolment to completion, shown in days or hours.
Certification funnel
The funnel shows:
Enrolled: Certification enrolments.
Started: Enrolments where the learner began the certification.
Completed: Completed enrolments.
Passed: Completed enrolments that passed.
The funnel also shows the Completion Rate and Pass Rate.
Training timeline
The monthly timeline plots Enrolments, Completions, and Passes over the selected period.
Top certifications
Use the two tabs to compare certification performance:
Most Completed: Certifications ranked by completion count, with Pass Rate and Avg Score.
Hardest to Pass: Certifications ranked by the lowest pass rate, with Avg Attempts and Failures. A certification needs at least three records before it can appear here.
Partner training leaderboard
The sortable, paginated leaderboard compares partners using:
Enrolled Users
Completed Users
Completion percentage
Certified Users
Avg Score
Top learners
The learner leaderboard ranks partner users by certifications earned and average score.
Training content analysis
Most-completed training content: Certification blocks ranked by completion count.
Hardest quizzes: Quiz blocks with the lowest pass rates. A quiz needs at least three attempts before it appears here.
Use these sections to find useful content and identify lessons or quizzes that may need clearer instructions.
At-risk learners
At-risk learners have been in progress for more than 30 days and have not reached 100% progress.
This is a current-state list and is not limited by the selected time period. Use it to find learners who may need help or a reminder.
Enrolment roster
The paginated roster has three tabs:
In Progress: Learners currently working through a certification. This is a current-state view and is not limited to the selected period.
Completed: Enrolments completed in the selected period.
Failed: Enrolments that failed in the selected period.
Columns include Learner, Partner, Certification, Progress, Score, Enrolled date, and Completion date.
Filters
Partner type: Referral, Reseller, or Distributor.
Time period: Use a quick preset or choose a predefined monthly, quarterly, or annual period.
Specific partners: Search for and select one or more partners.
Category: Filter by partner categories.
Tier: Filter by partner tiers.
Partnership stage: Filter by partner stages.
Select Reset all filters to return to the default dashboard view.
Certification outcomes versus engagement
Certification analytics measure enrolments, progress, completions, passes, and scores.
Engagement analytics measure certification page views and unique users.
Use both views to understand whether partners find the content and whether they complete it successfully.
Good to know
The Certifications tab requires the LMS module.
Active Learners, Certified Users, at-risk learners, and in-progress enrolments are current-state metrics.
Distributor partnerships are available only in Certifications.
Internal company enrolments are excluded. LMS analytics cover partner enrolments.
Certifications does not provide saved views, goal management, or an export control.
Dashboard access requires a paid plan.
