Commission Analytics

The Commissions view shows how much your company has paid and currently owes to partners. It covers completed, pending, and processing payments, plus partner-level performance.

The tab appears only when the Manual Payments module is enabled. Contact Journeybee support if you need this module enabled.

Go to Dashboard and select Commissions.


KPIs

  • Total Paid: Completed commission payments in your company base currency.

  • Total Pending: Commission payments that are not yet complete.

  • Processing: Commission payments currently being processed.

  • Payments Made: Number of completed payment records.

  • Avg Per Deal: Total commission value divided by deals with commission records.

  • Total Value: Commission value across all payment states.


Commission timeline

The timeline plots Paid and Pending commission amounts over the selected period.

  • Completed payments use the completion date. If unavailable, Journeybee falls back to the payment or creation date.

  • Incomplete payments use the scheduled payment date.


Partner leaderboard

The sortable, paginated leaderboard compares partners using:

  • Paid commission value

  • Pending commission value

  • Payment count

  • Deals with commissions

  • Average commission per deal

  • Rank

The default order ranks partners by Total Paid.


How commission data is scoped

  • Referral partnerships: Commission analytics include received leads.

  • Reseller partnerships: Commission analytics include all relevant reseller payments.

  • Commissions represent company-paid partner payments. There is no incoming commission-direction filter.

  • Totals are converted into your company base currency. Payments without an available conversion rate are excluded from converted totals.


Filters

  • Partner type: Referral or Reseller.

  • Time period: Use a quick preset or choose a predefined monthly, quarterly, or annual period.

  • Specific partners: Search for and select one or more partners.

  • Category: Filter by partner categories.

  • Tier: Filter by partner tiers.

  • Partnership stage: Filter by partner stages.

Select Reset all filters to return to the default dashboard view.


Revenue versus commissions

  • Revenue measures the value of won deals.

  • Commissions measure scheduled, processing, and completed payment obligations to partners.

A won deal can contribute to revenue before its commission is paid.


Good to know

  • The Commissions tab requires the Manual Payments module.

  • Commission analytics come from payment records, not won-deal revenue values.

  • Commissions does not provide saved views, goal management, or an export control.

  • Dashboard access requires a paid plan.
